Pinot Noir wine available in Philippines
At YATS Wine Cellars and YATS Restaurant in Clark Angeles Philippines

Pinot Noir is the hottest red wine grape this decade and if things don’t cool off or if there isn’t another superstar to upstage it, Pinot will be king of wine for our generation. But is it worth its title?

The answer is in the bottle.

Long before SIDEWAYS made it chic to drink Pinot Noir and stupid and crass to order Merlot, Pinot Noir has been the connoisseur’s wine. It wasn’t called Pinot Noir but instead lots of funny names all under the Appellation of Burgundy from France.

Great red wines of Burgundy made from 100% Pinot Noir has given Bordeaux Chateaux a run for their money since the beginning of wine. The greatest name in Pinot has been and probably forever remains Domaine de la Romanee Conti which makes the fabled Romanee Conti and the irresistible La Tache.

Other regions around the world made gallant efforts to produce Pinot Noir wines. Yarra Valley in Australia, Sonoma in California and most notably Oregon make excellent Pinot Noir, the new-world style.

The greatest collection of Pinot-Noir based wines can be found in Clark Wine Center, located in Clark Philippines. The exterior conceals the treasures lying inside. Many wine lovers buy wines in Philippines by going to Clark Wine Center which is owned by YATS International.

You can find great vintages of Chambertin, Bonne Mares, Volnay, Vosne-Romanee, Pommard, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Cortons in this shop.
